Decent belt, it’s very stiff so u have to bend it to fit around the waist which causes some creasing, the padding is comfortable and it’s the perfect size for my petite figure. It’s also my first belt, hoping it will hold up in the gym

It's fine. I'm a size 30-31 pants and had to punch an extra set of holes for proper tension. The buckle of the belt also came with one of the prongs on the wrong side, which was annoying to fix.
