🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
1️⃣ Return Window (Ready-to-Ship Products)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
You must contact customer support before returning any item.
2️⃣ Custom-Made Belts Policy
🔹 Standard Custom Belts (No Personalization)
(Custom size only – no name engraving or custom design)
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused and in original condition.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
🔹 Personalized Custom Belts
(Name engraving or customer-provided design)
Personalized belts are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturer defect or store error.
Proof of defect (photo/video) may be required.
3️⃣ Manufacturer Defects
Manufacturing or material defects are covered for 90 days from delivery.
Defective items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).
We may request photo or video evidence to process the claim.
4️⃣ Not Received Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact support within 30 days of shipment.
Claims submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
5️⃣ Exchange Policy
Exchanges for size or color are allowed within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is from our side.
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, exchange processing may take 3–12 working days, depending on location.
6️⃣ Return Shipping Responsibility
Change of mind / wrong size / no longer needed → Customer pays return shipping.
Store error or confirmed manufacturer defect → We cover return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
RAD The Ultimate Strength is not responsible for lost return shipments.
7️⃣ Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
8️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged after use due to hygiene and safety reasons:
Groin Guards
Mouth Guards
Any used or damaged product
9️⃣ How to Start a Return or Exchange

with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
Ship the item within 14 days of approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
