You guys really need to go back to the drawing board with your sauna suits. The head holes are a struggle to get into. This so called 5x is not a true 5x!! I currently wear a 5x and this suit is very hard to get into, it does not fit well, very tight and confining. Did you forget people have bellies? This 5x is made for someone who does not have a belly or man boobs..smh. Since I knew the top was so confining no give at all..I knew the pants were not even going to fit. I have dropped down from a 6x to a very comfortable 5x and this ain't a 5x at all. I wish you would revamp your sauna suits for people who have REAL weight issues.
This sauna suit is great quality. Within 10 minutes of biking, I was sweating a lot. It didn’t stick to my skin, and the fit was perfect for my 283 lb body. It was also easy to take off without tearing. I’ll definitely buy another one when I lose more weight!

Get ready to sweat a lot—wearing this suit feels like being in a rainforest! But it definitely helps with weight loss. I have two tips: First, keep the hood on for the best results. Second, after your workout, turn the jacket and pants inside out and hang them on a clothes rack. This helps prevent moisture buildup and speeds up drying.
Love it! Very heavy duty. I’m 5’2” 240lbs curvy and I ordered a 3x. It fits perfectly! Not too tight not too loose, maybe a little long but this is the story of my life!
