Where Do We Ship?

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the U.S., Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we’ve got you covered.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order. Once your order is processed it’s handed over to our shipping partners and off it goes to you.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free on orders over $25 within the U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional fee applies)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays (like customs, weather or carrier issues). We’ll do our best to keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package and see when it’s out for delivery. If you don’t see the email check your spam folder or email us at info@radultimate.com.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25 within the U.S.! For international orders, shipping rates will vary by country.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders please note that customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. If you’re unsure about your country’s policies we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We know how annoying it can be when a package goes missing or arrives damaged. If this happens please contact us at info@radultimate.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to sort it out asap.
